RETURNS
At MIAMICCI, you can return an item within 14 days from the delivery date . To proceed with it you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:
- The product must not be used.
- It must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. Products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond simply opening the product, will not be returned.
It is very important that it is within the established deadline and that the product is in perfect condition. Remember that the product must be sent in the same way it was received.
You will receive the refund within approximately 7-14 calendar days from the date we receive the package back in our warehouse. We will inform you that we have made the refund via a confirmation email. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank.

Send an email to Tienda@miamicci.es indicating in the Subject the order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive the email we will respond immediately telling you how to proceed.
The returns are free for orders placed and returned within the peninsula (Spain) and Portugal. Home returns in the Balearic Islands and internationally are not free, and it is the customer who bears the return costs (transportation costs will be deducted from the refund). The amount of returns depends on the destination, and the cost will be the same as the shipping costs you paid when purchasing.
This return of the order is recognized and regulated in our General Conditions as the Right to Withdraw from the Purchase (10. LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE)
CHANGES
When the customer requests an exchange of items, the new shipping costs they cause will be borne by us.
The shipping costs from our warehouse to the address specified by the customer will be totally FREE for Spain, Portugal and Europe.
- TO PROCEED WITH THE CHANGE:

It is important to keep in mind that for returns:
- The return cannot take place in any case if the product is not sent in perfect condition, properly protected, with its original packaging and provided that it has not been used.
- Payment of the difference between one item and another in cash or by bank check is not accepted.
- If you have paid through account deposit or transfer, you must provide us with your account number to make the corresponding transfer. If you have paid through PAYPAL or Credit Card, we will pay you the amount by that same means.
- In the event that the product is defective or different from the one the customer has contracted, please contact us to arrange the collection.
- If the exchange is for size or color of the same model and amount, we will do it as long as there is stock available. Once the exchange is made, we will send the return of the item.
- If you detect any problem at the time of delivery of your order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), you must contact us by phone or email within the first 24 hours following receipt of the order.
- The refund of the amount paid will be made through the payment method used in the purchase.
- The amount will not be refunded or any merchandise reshipped until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses.
- After 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order, we will not accept any type of change or claim.
Warranty
If you contract as a consumer and user, we offer you guarantees on the products that we sell through this website, in the terms legally established for each type of product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of these that is manifested in a period of two years from the delivery of the product.
It is understood that the products comply with the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description made by us and have the qualities that we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses to which the products are ordinarily intended. of the same type and (iii) present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected.
In this sense, if any of the products do not comply with the contract, you must inform us by following the procedure detailed in the Claims section within the “Exchanges and Returns” section and through any of the methods that we mention in the same.
The products will be exempt from the warranty if their defects or deterioration are caused by use by the customer, and not by defects or defects arising from manufacturing.
To apply the product warranty, it is essential that the customer present the ticket or invoice that was provided when they purchased the product or when it was delivered.
